This justification pertains to a new task order to be competed among the small business holders of the GLOBALCAP IDIQ contract. The task order will facilitate the procurement of up to four (4) maritime interceptor vessels and associated support, including training and a multi-year spare parts package, with the final quantity contingent upon available funding within the estimated budget. Certain equipment, specifically the vessels and their enginesmust be of a specific make and model. This specification is mission-essential to ensure complete interoperability with the RBDF's existing inventory.
