The Defense Logistics Agency (Energy), as the Department of Defense (DoD) Integrated Materiel Manager (IMM) for fuel products and related services, intends to issue a solicitation for Direct Delivery Fuels (DDF) under a full and open competitive requirement. The solicitation will be open to all vendors capable of meeting this requirement. Fuel types are indicated under Requirement Description below. The various locations for this requirement are in the Kingdom of Bahrain.
