Barbershop - DLA HQ MWR

The Defense Logistics Agency Family & Morale, Welfare, and Recreation (FMWR) invites qualified offerors to submit proposals in response to the Request for Proposal (NAFUA1-26-R-0001) to provide all labor, equipment, materials, and incidentals to operate a barbershop concession at the Andrew T. McNamara Headquarters Complex (DLA Headquarters), Fort Belvoir, Virginia. NOTE: THIS IS A REVENUE-GENERATING OPPORTUNITY FOR A CONTRACTOR TO OPERATE A BARBERSHOP AND PAY A FLAT-FEE OR COMMISSION TO THE NAFI. THE NAFI WILL NOT PAY FOR THESE SERVICES.
