Description
This project will renourish approximately 2.7 miles of shoreline in Palm Beach County, within the City of Delray Beach. The project is located between Florida Department of Environmental Protection (FDEP) Range Monuments R-175 and R-188a. The sand for the project will be sourced from two offshore borrow areas located approximately 0.9 nautical miles northeast from the midpoint of the placement site. Work also includes but is not limited to environmental species monitoring, turbidity monitoring, beach tilling, beach fill quality control, screening, and vibration control and monitoring.
