This is a pre-solicitation notice for W912PM25QA015 The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers, Wilmington District: BEJ Maintenance Compound Roof Replacements, Moncure, North Carolina The project consists of the following work on two maintenance buildings adjacent to the B.
