Belcourt Heat Exchanger Replacement & Boiler System Repairs

This is a PRESOLICITATION NOTICE for the upcoming Solicitation 75H701-26-R-00022 Heat Exchanger Replacement & Boiler System Repairs in Belcourt, ND, Rolette County, a construction project prepared in accordance with FAR Part 36. These construction services are in support of the Indian Health Service (IHS). The Government anticipates releasing the solicitation on or about April 15th, 2026, and will remain open for approximately 30 calendar days. The solicitation and all amendments for this Request for Proposals will be posted on https://sam.gov under Contract Opportunities. A full scope of work, plans and specifications and Construction Wage Determination will be included in the solicitation documents.
