Description

The U.S. Section of the International Boundary and Water Commission (USIBWC) requires additional rehabilitation and replacement work on the Belt Filter Press (BFP) system at the South Bay International Wastewater Treatment Plant (SBIWTP). This includes replacement of motors, pumps, piping, electrical components, SCADA integration, and other critical infrastructure to ensure safe and continuous operation of the facility. This work is in addition to the original scope awarded under Contract No. 191BWC24C0006 and is necessary to address components that were removed from the original award to remain within funding constraints.
