Description

The Embassy of the United States in Paris, France, is releasing a solicitation for the supply, delivery and installation of black-out curtains in apartments in Boulogne Billancourt. The Government intends to award the contract resulting from this solicitation to the lowest priced technically acceptable offeror who is a responsible contractor. The Government may award the contractq based on the initial offer without discussion. The resultant contract will be a fixed price contract.
