THIS IS A SOURCES SOUGHT/SOLICITATION NOTICE TO IDENTIFY SMALL BUSINIESSES TO PARTICIPATE IN A BLANKET PURCHASE AGREEMENT (BPA). THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR PROPOSALS.
