Description
Replace two Rooftop Units (RTU). New equipment will include natural gas heat with modulating hot gas reheat for dehumidifications. CO2 monitoring will control minimum to maximum ventialation requirements. A humidistat will provide humidity control for the space served. Units shall have an integral modulating exhaust fan to maintian airflow differential. Provide condensate safety switches designed to shut down the cooling side of the unit to prevent flooding from clogged drains. New units will NOT be equipped with energy recovery wheels. New units are NOT permitted to be AON manufacture.
