Market research determined that this requirement can only be fulfilled by Spectrum/Charter Communications Operating LLC. They are the sole vendor capable of providing Wi-Fi services to Building 907 due to the existing coaxial infrastructure, which is owned and maintained by Spectrum/Charter.
