PRE-SOLICITATION SYNOPSIS Bonneville Powerhouse 1 Trash Rack Replacement The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers Portland District intends to issue an Invitation for Bids (IFB) No. W9127N26BA002 for Bonneville Powerhouse 1 Trash Rack Replacement. This project includes fabrication, delivery, and installation of new trash racks, disposal of the existing trash racks, and site prep to include dredging and the clearance and removal of debris at the forebay, downstream of the trash racks at Bonneville Lock and Dam in Cascade Locks, OR. Additional project details are below: Fabricate and deliver a total of 162 new trash racks with vinyl coating for Main Units 1 through 9.
