BPA Quality Assurance Testing for USACE Sacramento District

The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) is seeking qualified laboratories to provide critical Regional Quality Assurance (QA) Testing across its extensive Area of Responsibility (AOR). This effort will directly support materials and water quality testing for a wide range of civil, military, and Veterans Affairs construction sites. To effectively manage testing demands across this vast geographic footprint, the Government intends to establish a multiple-award Master Blanket Purchase Agreement (BPA) with a five-year ordering period.
