Update: 8/12/25: Amendment 01 - Proposal Due date is extended to 25 August 2026 at 11:00AM PDT. The U.S. Army Corps of Engineers (USACE) Sacramento District (SPK) is seeking qualified laboratories to provide critical Regional Quality Assurance (QA) Testing across its extensive Area of Responsibility (AOR).
