Description
The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), Aerial Targets Program Office (PMA-208), Patuxent River, MD awarded a Cost-Plus-Fixed-Fee (CPFF) contract to Northrop Grumman Systems Corporation (NGSC), San Diego, CA.
