NOTICE: The U.S. Department of Energy (DOE) National Energy Technology Laboratory (NETL) is issuing the following Brand-Name/Exact Match only Request for Quote (RFQ) for the Perkin Elmer Avio 3000 Inductively Coupled Plasma Optical Emission Spectrometer (ICP-OES) per the attached requirements list and is prepared in accordance with the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice.
