Description
This contract was not awarded competitively. Procuring any instrument other than the Bruker Hyperflux Raman Analyzer would result in the inability to make the required rapid in-line and on-line measurements, prevent the acquisition of the necessary spectral database for in-line cell culture analysis, and jeopardize the success of planned projects aimed at advancing rational design and control of engineered biological systems. The Bruker Hyperflux Raman Analyzer is the only instrument that fully satisfies NISTs operational, integration, and performance requirements.
