Build America, Buy America Act (BABAA)

The USDA Rural Development (RD) intends on awarding a competitive Blanket PUrchase Agreement (BPA) Call Order against multiple award Organizational Analysis and Program Management (OAPM) BPA. Requirements include providing assistance in gathering data to help inform and coordinate a department as well as individual Agency decision-making on the implementation of the BABAA requirements, at the program, project, or product levels. The Government requires contractor support for a USDA technical and administrative task to help inform and coordinate Department/Agency policy development and decision-making relating to the BABAA program. Specifically, contracts support is needed to perform market research on product availability, analyze requests for waivers, assist with informational site visits
