Building 31 DLA Repairs

Contractor shall conduct various repairs for fuels complex,consisting of building 31 (Fuels Branch Building), 11A (Fuel loading stand), 442 (Pre-Fabricated Structure) and perimeter fence system. Repairs and construction to be performed consist of, but are not limited to: Building 31 repairs include painting, roof repair, electrical and window repair. Building 11A involves replacement of the roof and electrical overhead work. Building 442 involves the repair of bent steel purlins for roof and side supports, and the exterior replacement of 1,013 linearfeet of perimeter fence. Contractor is to perform all work, to includeany work marked as "options", that is listed in the scope of work attachment of this contract.
