Notice of Interest: BSA is seeking interested contractors capable of performing the work describled below and interested in receiving the forthcoming solicitation. The formal solicitation will be issued at a later date and will also be posted on SAM.gov at that time. Note that switchgear and transformers are being provided to the contractor as Government Furnished Equipment (GFE).
