Building Exterior Repair Project FDA Pacific Southwest Laboratory

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (FDA), Office of Facilities Engineering and Mission Support Services (OFEMS), has a requirement for exterior and interior repair and preventative maintenance of the Pacific Southwest Laboratory located at 19701 Fairchild Road, Irvine, California 92612. The project consists primarily of: Structural steel surface preparation and application of corrosion-resistant coating systems on exterior stairs, sunshades, roof access stairs, entrance canopies, and chemical storage shed structural components.
