BUMED Mission Assurance Support Services

The contractor shall support Personnel Security with emphasis on Suitability and Fitness, Emergency Management (EM) via responsibilities associated with the Health and Human Services (HHS) Federal Coordinating Center (FCC). The contractor shall provide expert services to facilitate development of Navy Medicine policy and procedures to conduct criminal history background checks on service members involved in the provision of childcare services for children under the age of 18 in Department of Defense (DoD) programs (medical treatment programs under Navy Medicine purview) in accordance with 34 USC Section 20351, 32 CFR Part 86 and DoDI 1402.05.
