Description
Naval Air Warfare Center Aircraft Division (NAWAD) has awarded a Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) Contract to LMB North America, Inc., Miami, Florida, for the procurement quantity two (2) Hyperfan 150-01 (PN: 00-85001362-001) in support of the United States Navy Test Pilot School, Patuxent River, Maryland. This acquisition was pursued on a sole-source basis under statutory authority of Title 10, U.S.C. Section 3204(a)(1), as implemented by Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 6.302-1, "Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements."
