Description
USACE-MVK requires various repairs for one (1) 336 Cat Excavator, (1) 330 Cat Excavator, and (1) 735 Articulating Dump Truck. The repairs will performed at a USACE-MVK project site in Yalobusha County. Thompson Machinery Commerce Corporation (CAGE: 0ZJ90) is the Caterpillar Certified Provider for this geographical area. This requirement was sole source to Thompson Machinery Commece Corporation. Authority permitting other than full and open competition for this requirement is 10 U.S.C.3204(a)(1) and FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i).
