The United States Department of Agriculture intends to contract with the Livestock Nutrition Center, LLC on a sole source basis for Cattle Feed Rations to support an ongoing ARS Project. Steers in the study are placed on a tiered feeding program. Each tiers acceptability is dependent on the previous one.
