Description

Bilge cleaning services for a USCG WMSL CGC KIMBALL. The contractor shall furnish all labor, equipment, materials, supervision, and transportation necessary to safely clean, remove, and properly dispose of oily water, sludge, debris, and other contaminants from designated bilge spaces onboard the cutter. The work includes access to confined spaces, pumping and removing bilge liquids, wiping and cleaning surfaces, collecting and disposing of waste in accordance with federal, state, local, and Coast Guard environmental regulations, and ensuring all bilge areas are left clean, dry, and free of contaminants.
