Chaff Expendable Countermeasures - IDIQ

The Naval Air Systems Command (NAVAIR), NAS Patuxent River, MD, intends to negotiate and award a firm fixed price IDIQ contract to Armtec Defense Technologies, Coachella, CA. The contract will procure an estimated quantity of 30,000 - 500,000 Chaff Expendable Countermeasures per year to satisfy both domestic and foreign requirements. This contract is planned to contain a five year ordering period to satisfy requirements for FY28 through FY32. This requirement will be procured in accordance with the statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition under 10 U.S.C. 2304(c)(1), as implemented by FAR 6.302-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements.
