Charlottesville, VA- Warehouse Space

The Norfolk District, U.S. Army Corps of Engineers is soliciting lease proposals for approximately 24,000 usable square feet of warehouse space located along VA State Route 29, Southbound NTE 8.2 miles from Route 29 and Hydraulic Road intersection, Northbound NTE 8.2 miles from Route 29 & Route 33, & NTE 1/4 mile of Route 29 (east or west), Charlottesville, VA 22901. Additional information regarding this solication may be obtained from Leigh Anne Parks by e-mail at leigh.a.parks@usace.army.mil. Proposals are due no later than 2:00 p.m. EST on April 10, 2026. This Reuqest for Lease Proposals package will terminate if funding does not become avaiblable by the due date of this notice.
