The Project consists of replacement of up to approximately 10,500 LF of 8-inch to 24-inch collection pipeline, replacement of laterals and installation of new two-way cleanouts within the right-of-way, replacement of manholes, and lining approximately 320 LF of existing 15-inch collection pipelin
