The Centers for Disease and Prevention (CDC) intends to award a sole-source, firm-fixed price purchase order to CLARIVATE ANALYTICS (US) LLC for Clarivate Endnote Software Site License. This contract action is for supplies or services for which the Govenement intends to solicit and negotiate with only once source under authority of FAR 13.106-1(b)(1). Interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to this requirement or submit a quotation. This notice of intent is not a request for competitive quotations. However, all responses recieved no later than 3:30pm EST on April 1,2026 will be considered by the Government. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract based on responses to this notice is soley within the Government's discretion. I
