This Class Justification and Approval (CJ&A) authorizes and approves the use of brand name commercial equipment from Siemens, Inc. Insight product line for Facility Related Control Systems (FRCS) programmable building controllers in contract actions requiring interface with the identified Installation networked facilities control and monitoring system at Norfolk Naval Shipyard, Portsmouth, Virginia (NNSY) (referred to in this document as "the Installation"). Authority to act under this class justification is authorized from July 30, 2022 to July 29, 2025. Approved_redacted CJA is attached.
