This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12. This requirement is for one (1) Firm-Fixed-Price (FFP) purchase order for contracted Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) and Licensed Practical Nurses (LPN) to support the Medical Program at the Warm Springs Service Unit (WSSU), Warm Springs, Oregon.
