CNAFR C-40A Calibration and Certification

THIS NOTICE OF INTENT IS A COMBINED SYNOPSIS AND A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE QUOTATIONS: The NAVSUP Fleet Logistics Center (FLC) Norfolk, Contracting Department, Regional Directorate intends to solicit on a firm-fixed price basis using sole source acquisition procedures with Calibration Specialty, Inc. The instant requirement is for the procurement of calibration and certification services for the C-40A aircraft support equipment (SE) for the Commander, Naval Air Force Reserve (CNAFR). The Government intends to solicit and negotiate with Calibration Specialty, Inc. on a sole source basis, as they are the only vendor who demonstrated documented experience calibrating C-40A aircraft support equipment and maintaining the requisite NAVAIR METCAL certification necessary to perform calibration ser
