General Information 1.1 This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial services prepared in accordance with FAR Part 12, as revised by the FAR Overhaul and implemented by FCC Class Deviation RFO-2026-12 Supplement 2, May 12, 2026. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotations are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued.
