Description

Requirement Overview The U.S. Department of Agriculture (USDA), Forest Service, Colville National Forest (CNF), has a requirement for the Great American Outdoors Act (GAOA). This is a firm-fixed-price, non-personal services contract for the removal and disposal of an existing swim dock and the furnishing and installation of a new replacement swim dock at the Sullivan Lake Campground in Metaline Falls, WA. Project Scope The contractor shall provide all labor, materials, equipment, and supervision to perform the following: Removal & Disposal: Complete removal of the existing swim dock (currently on dry ground) and off-site disposal at a legal waste facility in accordance with Washington State regulations.
