Description
The Mission Installation Contracting Command (MICC), Fort Campbell intends to procure one (1) commercial sludge truck. This procurement is a 100% Total Small Business Set-Aside. Innovative Solicitation Strategy (RFO 12.201(d)): To reduce administrative costs, improve opportunities for small business concerns, and execute this commercial acquisition efficiently in a rapidly moving market, the Government will utilize the innovation flexibilities authorized by RFO 12.201(d).
