Nebraska Air National Guard is requesting quotes for one (1) commercial-grade, heavy-duty zero-turn riding mower configured for high-capacity turf management and mulching operations (see Attachment 1 Salient Characteristics). Basis of award will be technical (capability of the products or services offered to meet the agency needs), price, and past performance.
