This notice for a limited sources justification is for complete facilities maintenance (CFM) services at: John Rolls U.S. Courthouse and Federal Building 98 West First St, Yuma, Arizona (AZ0369ZZ) San Luis I Land Port of Entry Highway 95 & International Border San Luis, Arizona (09020806) San Luis II Land Port of Entry S Avenue E, San Luis, Arizona (09020834) The scope of work requires the contractor to provide management, supervision, labor, materials, equipment, and supplies (shipping & handling) and shall be responsible for the efficient, effective, economical, and satisfactory operation, scheduled and unscheduled maintenance, repair of equipment and systems, including vertical transportation equipment, all custodial, grounds, trash and recycling, and all related services.
