COMSOL Multiphysics Annual Software Maintenance Subscription

The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) intends to negotiate and award a sole source Purchase Order to COMSOL, Inc. (Burlington, MA) for The Government intends to make an award prior to the end of the 4th quarter of fiscal year 2026. The requirement is for the procurement of single user, CPU-locked, perpetual license annual maintenance for COMSOL Multiphysics Version 6.0 software, associated add-on modules. Pursuant to RFO FAR 13.101(b), COMSOL, Inc. is the only responsible source capable of fulfilling the Navys requirements for the specified effort.
