Description
This is for the procurement of a Confocal Super Resolution Microscope (SRM) at Brookhaven National Laboratory. The SRM instrument should provide true confocal point scanning with a tunable white light laser excitation source of visible range capable of simultaneous multi-line operation with independent intensity control and rapid microsecond-scale switching between excitation regime, broadband spectral detection in the range approximately 400850 nm, with multiple independently configurable detection channels, FLIM/FCS functionality, and analytical tools enabling functional parameter mapping and FRET.
