Description
NASA/MSFC plans to issue a Draft Request for Proposal (DRFP) for the Consolidated Program Support Services Program Planning & Control II (CPSS PP&C II) contract. PP&C requirements include PP&C Integration; Program Analysis; Earned Value Management (EVM); Cost Estimating and Cost Analysis; Resource Data Storage and Retrieval Analysis Center; Scheduling and Scheduling Analysis; and Risk Integration and Quantitative Risk Analysis (QRA). SME support includes, but is not limited to mentoring, strategic program and project planning and alternatives analysis, project review, and special studies as requested by the Government. The Government does not intend to acquire a commercial product or commercial service using FAR Part 12. This acquisition is a total small business set-aside. The NAICS Code
