The US Army Corps of Engineers - Rock Island District intends to solicit for competitive bids under RFO part 14 for the following requirement. The work includes, but is not limited to, excavation and storage of spoils, demolition and installation of electrical power distrbution, directional boring of telecom lines, and installation and leveling of gravel. The work is located at the 88th RD, COL Paul G. Schulstad U.S. Army Reserve Center, Arlington Heights, Cook County, Illinois, and as indicated on plans.
