Description
The U.S. Department of States Bureau of Overseas Buildings Operations, Directorate of Program Development, Coordination and Support, Office of Special Projects Coordination (SPC) is responsible for the development, implementation, and execution of a Construction Security Monitoring Program (CSMP) at select overseas diplomatic facilities. OBO/PDCS/SPC requires construction security monitoring services at select overseas Department of State construction sites and storage areas managed by OBOs Office of Special Projects Coordination. There is also a requirement for domestic construction security monitoring services of secure cargo destined for overseas sites uniquely complex security requirements in countries such as Vietnam, China, Russia, Cuba, and more.
