The agency seeks flood hydrologist consulting services for the purpose of performing in-depth reviewing/performing: Watershed hydrologic modeling and associated uncertainties; Probabilistic methods in estimating hydrologic hazard curves, including stochastic event flood modeling methods; Site Specific, Statewide/Regional and Hydrometeorological Reports (HMRs) based Probable Maximum Precipitation (PMP) and Probable Maximum Flood (PMF) analyses; Regional frequency analysis to derive Annual Exceedance Probability (AEP) of the precipitation and flood; Climate change impact analyses on extreme precipitation using Shared Socioeconomic Pathways (SSP) data and/or NASA Earth Exchange Global Daily Downscaled Projections; and Other flood hydrology-related analyses for dam safety.
