Description
COSMOS Presolicitation Notice The National Aeronautics and Space Administration (NASA), Johnson Space Center (JSC) plans to issue a Request for Proposal (RFP) for the Contract for Organizing Spaceflight Mission Operations and Systems (COSMOS). The purpose of this contract is to acquire services needed to ensure the availability, integrity, reliability, and security of the functional capabilities for command, control, and support of space vehicles and their payload elements which comprise the Flight Operations Directorate (FOD) Mission Systems.
