The Contractor shall provide design, drawings, specifications and construction services to include all engineering, labor, management, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, and transportation to convert Building 253 into a Mail Processing Center at the Defense Distribution Depot San Joaquin.This project includes the procurement, design and construction to convert building 253 into a Mail Processing Center per SOW and drawings in Appendix A. This is a Design/Build project, and the contractor shall be responsible for editing and expanding the appropriate UFGS specifications to ensure that all project design requirements, current code requirements, and regulatory requirements are met in compliance with UFC 1-300-02.
