Description

This requirement is for a heat exchanger specifically designed to cool the lubricating oil in an engine or machinery. This is used in Recovery Vehicles M51/M74/M88. A complete Technical Data Package (TDP) of the engine oil cooler has not been developed for competitive use. The performance specifications, manufacturing knowledge, and/or TDP needed to develop and manufacture the engine oil cooler are proprietary to Renk America, LLC (CAGE 02978) and Tecmotiv USA, Inc. (Cage 0L7R7). Please Note: This notice is not an open solicitation i.e., Invitation for Bid (IFB) or Request for Proposal (RFP) to those outside of Renk
