This notice is a Request for Information (RFI) as defined in FAR 15.101(c). The Portfolio Acquisition Executive (PAE) Mission Systems is conducting market research to assess industry interest, capability, and potential able to support future requirements for the Cooperative Engagement Capability (CEC) program. The information received will be used to enhance the Governments understanding of industrys ability to execute production and repair efforts for the CEC system and to inform future acquisition decisions. If a solicitation is issued as a result of this RFI, companies will be required to complete a Nondisclosure Agreement (NDA) and Terms of Use Agreement (TOUA) to access the TDPs for the current CEC system.
