Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services

The purpose of this Amendment to the Copier/Multi-Function Device Printers and Services Solicitation is as follows: Extend the due date of submissions to 23 June 2026 Update the PWS (now V12) to be accessible and clarify technical requirements within section 2. Included a Price Matrix attachment for vendors to utilize when submitting a quote. Quotes will be evaluated using LPTA and against the technical specs listed in PWS Section 2. Any quote failing any of these specifications and technical requirements will be disqualified from bid selection.
