Coralville Lake Custodial Services

The contractor shall provide all personnel, equipment, supplies, transportation, tools, materials, supervision, and other items and non-personal services necessary to perform custodial cleaning services of three (3) buildings in the Administration Compound for the U. S. Army Corps of Engineers, Coralville Lake Project, as defined in this Performance Work Statement (PWS) except for those items specified as government furnished property and services.
