Synopsis: NASA/NSSC has a requirement for Correlation of Process-Induced Defects and Detectability Models for Laser-Wire AM. NASA/NSSC intends to issue a sole source contract to CARNEGIE-MELLON UNIVERSITY: 5000 Forbes AVE | Pittsburgh, PA 15213 under the authority of FAR 12.102(a). It has been determined that CARNEGIE-MELLON UNIVERSITY is the sole provider of Correlation of Process-Induced Defects and Detectability Models for Laser-Wire AM. NASA/NSSC will be the procuring center for this effort. Performance will be located at NASA/ Marshall Space Flight Center (MSFC).
